Returns & Exchanges
All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preferences.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Once approved, a replacement will be sent or a refund issued. In most cases, returns are not required.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at shujcollectiveinfo@gmail.com and we’ll work with our production partner to resolve it.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the claim is processed.
